Tell us about your business. We reply either way.
A few short questions about your trade, your size and what is going wrong. A founder reads every application and replies in writing, even when the answer is no. We take on a few businesses at a time. How access works says why.
Who Ordence is for
Indian businesses in nine industry packs.
Roll and batch trading, Chemicals, Distribution, Manufacturing, Real estate developers, Pharma distribution, Jewellery and diamonds, Restaurants, and Hospitals. Your system uses your trade's own screens and words, and runs alongside Tally. Eight businesses use Ordence today: five on an industry pack and three on the core system. Roll and batch trading and chemicals are live. Real estate and jewellery are in use for their sales desks. Distribution, manufacturing and pharma distribution are built, with no customer yet. What each pack does.
Something else? Apply anyway and tell us how you buy, make and sell. We decide the fit together on a call.
The application
Two steps, one send. Step 1 is the four answers marked required, about 2 minutes. Step 2 is optional and helps us prepare.
What happens after you apply
Either side can stop after any step.
A founder replies in writing within one working day, yes or no; referred applications are read first. Then a fit call on how work moves from enquiry to payment, an assessment of a sample of your data and, if both sides want to go ahead, terms in writing for your business alone. Setup starts only after you accept. Every step, to go-live.
Questions about applying
What if our business does not fit one of the nine packs?
Apply anyway and choose “Something else”. Tell us how you buy, make and sell, and we talk it through on a call. If another system would serve you better, we say so in writing.
Can our CA or a customer refer us?
Yes. Put their name in the “Who referred you?” field. Referred applications are read first.
Why are commercial terms not published?
Each business gets its own system, set up for its trade, so the terms are set for each business. Invited businesses receive them in writing before anything is signed.
What happens to what we send?
It reaches one inbox, read by the founders. A copy is also kept as a row in a private Google Sheet owned by our Google Workspace account, so that a mail outage cannot lose it, and it is deleted after twelve months. It is not added to a mailing list. The privacy policy has the detail.
