Talk to the founders.

One inbox, hi@ordence.com, read by the founders, not a ticket queue. Every message gets a written reply within one working day. If you want Ordence for your business, apply: it is the quickest route.

Where to send what

The right route gets you an answer sooner.

  • You want Ordence for your business

Request an invitation. The form asks about your trade and what you use today, so the review can start at once. Referrals from a CA or a customer are read first.

  • You are already a customer

Email, or the support route in your agreement. A fault you report is fixed or worked around within 24 hours. Anything that has stopped your business comes first.

  • Security

Vulnerability reports and security questionnaires, answered in writing. The security page sets out what is in place.

  • Privacy and data requests

Ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. No lawyer, format or reason needed. The privacy policy explains how each is handled.

Write to us here

Four fields. Only email is required. Writing to hi@ordence.com reaches the same inbox.

We use these details only to reply to you, and keep them for twelve months. By sending, you agree to that and to the privacy policy. No mailing list, no sales emails. Withdraw any time by writing to hi@ordence.com.

You do not need us if

Read this first. We would tell you the same on a call.

  • You are under ten people in one place, selling one product line. Tally and a good spreadsheet will do. A system would cost you more effort than it saves.
  • Nothing is broken. "We should probably modernise" is not a reason. A project with no clear problem behind it gets dropped in month four.
  • You need one tool. If the real problem is invoicing, Tally, Zoho Books or Vyapar will serve you well, and we will point you to one.
  • Your trade fits none of the nine industry packs. For a retail counter, or a plant that needs machine terminals and OEE, other products fit better.
  • Your buying process requires a security certification. Ordence holds none today and would fail that review. Better to know now.
  • You want it live in two weeks. Moving your data in properly rarely fits in two weeks, and we will not pretend it does.

Three worries before you apply

They come up before almost every application.

We tried this before and it failed.

Most businesses your size have. It usually failed for one of three reasons: bad data went in and no one said so, it went to everyone at once instead of one team, or the person who wanted it left. None of these is a software problem. That is why onboarding starts by checking your real data. Tell us what happened last time. It is the most useful thing you can tell us.

Our accountant will not like it.

Ask your CA what they need. Usually it is clean documents, a reliable export and no surprises. Ordence runs alongside Tally and prepares the GST figures and files; you or your CA upload and file them on the portal. Your CA stays in charge of filing.

What if the person who sets it up leaves?

The setup is stored in your Ordence system: stages, rules, roles and templates. Give a new person the same role and they carry on where the last one stopped.

See whether Ordence fits your business.

Tell us your trade, your size and the one problem you would fix first. You get a written reply either way.
