Free tools
Free calculators for the sums you check by hand. Each one shows its working.
Four calculators for Indian businesses: GST, the MSME payment deadline, a gold jewellery bill, and the e-way bill check. Each starts with an example, shows every step, and runs only in your browser.
Calculators, not advice: each says what it assumes, and your CA has the last word. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored. Last reviewed 14 October 2026.
The calculators
Change a number and every line updates.
GST calculator
Splits an amount into the price before tax and CGST plus SGST, or IGST, at the rates in force since 22 September 2025.
MSME payment calculator
The last day to pay a micro or small manufacturer or service provider, days late, interest at three times the RBI bank rate, and the 31 March check under Section 43B(h). Not for dues to traders.
Gold jewellery bill calculator
Pure gold weight, gold value, wastage, making charges, 3% GST and the total, less any old gold you trade in.
E-way bill checker
Do your goods need an e-way bill? ₹50,000 between states, each state's own limit within it, and what is exempt at any value, with the rule behind each answer. Rules as of 13 October 2026.
Printable checklists
For jobs that are a list, not a sum. Print one or save it as a PDF. Nothing to fill in.
GSTR-2B month-end checklist
Work IMS before the 14th, match 2B against your books, check the other Section 16(2) conditions, chase suppliers by the 20th, then hand over and lock.
Migration checklist
Forty-four questions to ask before you change systems: data, process, vendor, money, rollout and the first ninety days.
For the sums not here
Two guides cover what these calculators do not.
The HSN codes guide explains how many digits to print and why the code sets the rate. The e-way bill thresholds guide has the limits behind the checker, and how long a bill is valid by distance.
How these work
What happens to what you type, and what is left to you.
Nothing you type leaves your browser. A small script on the page does the maths. No account, no email, nothing saved on your device: reload and it is gone. One count is sent the first time a number you changed gives a result. It names the calculator, not your figures. See the privacy policy.
The working is the answer. Each result lists every sum, so you can check it against a bill or show your CA.
They do the sums; your CA gives the advice. They do not know your HSN code, your supplier's Udyam category or today's gold rate. Each page says what it assumes and when it was last checked.
The same sums, inside your system.
Ordence does this maths on every invoice, bill and payment, in one system set up for your trade.
