Try it with your business name

Put your name on it. Then work a lead.

Type your business name, add a logo and colour, and pick your trade. The CRM (where you track customer enquiries) below becomes yours, with nine or ten sample leads for that trade. Move a lead, log a call, change the score, build a quote and raise the order.

Sample leads, made up for this page. Not a customer's data. What you type stays in this browser until you press Reset demo. Last reviewed 14 October 2026.

Make it yours

Five choices. The workspace below changes as you make them.

This is how your own system looks. It runs on your own address, such as crm.yourcompany.com, with your name, logo and colours on every screen and document. The phone app installs under your name and icon.

Shown in the workspace header and the company switcher.

Work the pipeline

A simple slice of the CRM: leads, quotes and orders. Stock, dispatch, books and GST are not in this demo.

Demo with sample data. Nothing you type leaves this page.

Example address of your own system: crm.yourcompany.comexample address

Clears your name, logo, colour and changes, and brings back the sample leads.

How the lead score is made

Eight fixed rules, the same as the product. No AI.

The product shows a lead's score as one number from 0 to 100. In the demo, a note beside each lead lists the rules behind it, so you can change a field and watch the points move.

Source. Walk-in 20, referral 18, NRI desk 14, channel partner 12, portal 10, campaign 8, website 8, other 4.

Stage. 0 for a new lead, then 6, 14, 22, 30 and 34 as it moves through the six stages. Won is 34. A lost lead scores 0, whatever else is true.

Temperature. Hot 16, warm 8, cold 0.

What is on file. A phone number 6, an email 3, a stated budget 8, a named project or requirement 5, and agreement to be contacted 8. The total is capped at 100.

What this demo is not

Where the demo stops, so nothing here looks like more than it is.

Not the whole product. It covers leads, one quote per lead and the order raised from it. Stock, dispatch, invoices, books and GST returns are not included.

Stage names are an example. Each business names its own stages. The demo names them for your trade. The score uses the stage's position, as the product does.

The tax split happens on the order. A quote has one tax rate per line. When the order is raised, the place of supply decides CGST and SGST, or IGST. A flat is supplied where it stands, so a developer's booking stays CGST and SGST wherever the buyer lives.

The trade details are samples. The batch and expiry, gold weights, tower and unit, drums, scheme, BOM (bill of materials) item and its standard cost, and the rolls are invented for this page. They show where your trade's detail sits on a lead and a quote. The hazard classes are the usual transport classes for those solvents; check your supplier's safety data sheet. None of these details changes a price or the tax.

Only the GST rates the site already states. 18% on stamping foil and on the sample parts and appliances, 5% on medicines under HSN 3003 and 3004, 3% on gold jewellery, 1.5% on a polished diamond, 18% on organic chemicals in Chapter 29, and 5% without input tax credit on a flat outside affordable housing. Check the rate for your own items with your CA.

It sends nothing you type. Logging a WhatsApp records a message you sent from your own phone. No message, email or quote leaves this page. Three counts do, as the privacy policy explains: a workspace opened, a quote started and an order raised, each with the trade you picked and nothing else.

It keeps nothing of yours. Your choices and changes are saved in this browser so a reload keeps them. Reset demo deletes them. The logo is read on your device and never uploaded. If you press “Apply as” after raising an order, your business name and trade stay in this browser tab until it closes, so the application form can fill them in.

Bring last month's enquiry list.

On the fit call we will name the stages for your trade and show where each enquiry would sit today.
