CRM and quotations
From first enquiry to the next reorder.
Check margin and credit before the order, not after dispatch. Sales stages for trade selling, buyer records with GSTIN, quotes that work out GST and margin, and a list of who is due to buy again.
Every pack has the pipeline, quotes with margin, the credit stop and the reorder radar. Examples here come from the roll and batch trading pack, live at a hot and cold stamping foil trader. Features only that system has are marked "at the foil trader".
What it covers
The sales side, one feature per card.
Sales pipeline
Stages set for each trade on a drag-and-drop board, with a sample stage before price talks.
What it means: an IndiaMART enquiry for 640 mm gold foil waits at the sample stage until the buyer tests the roll on their press. Rates come after.
Lead assignment and scoring
A score from 0 to 100, with reasons. At the foil trader, enquiries go to salespeople in turn.
Speed-to-lead alert
An enquiry left untouched too long alerts the owner.
Customer profiles
Machines, the state read from the GSTIN, approved lots, and missing details.
Quotation builder
GST at each line's rate, split into CGST and SGST, or IGST, on the order. At the foil trader, the quote shows the split too, with quick quotes, per-inch pricing and a PDF with a UPI QR.
Margin and credit checks
Margin saved at quote time, approval below it, and a credit-limit stop only a named person can lift.
Reorder radar
Learns each buyer's usual gap between orders and ranks the late ones by money at stake.
Sales analytics
Funnel, forecast, targets, incentives and a weekly owner report. At the foil trader, each salesperson also gets a "My day" call list.
Customer portal
Buyers check orders and dispatch, and download statements and invoices.
Channel-partner portal
Agents (channel partners) register enquiries and keep each for a set time: 60 days at the foil trader. Commission is paid as a %, per m² or a flat amount.

A pipeline shaped like trade selling
Enquiries from many places, each with an owner.
Enquiries come from IndiaMART, JustDial, Dial4Trade, Meta lead ads, Google Forms, calls and exhibitions. WhatsApp and leads covers how each gets an owner. This page starts after that.
- Duplicates finder. One buyer spelled four ways on three portals is found and merged.
- Maps. Nearby buyers for visits, and a state map of sales.
- Missing-details list. Buyers without GSTIN, address or contact, in one list.
- vCard save, at the foil trader. One tap saves a contact to the salesperson's phone.
Quotations and orders
Right tax, margin saved, credit checked, before a quote goes out.
GST splits into CGST and SGST within your state, and IGST across states.
At the foil trader, quick quotes handle phone enquiries, and per-inch pricing handles sales by the inch. The buyer accepts or declines the quote from a link.
- Margin saved at quote time. A later cost change does not rewrite a sent quote.
- Approval below margin. A salesperson can quote lower, but it waits for approval.
- Credit-limit stop. An order over the limit stops. Only an override, signed with a person's name, lets it through.
- Price lists and rate-change notices. Price lists in one place, and a notice to buyers when rates change.
What it means: when a supplier raises rates, change the price list once and regular buyers get a notice. Sent quotes keep their margin.

Retention and analytics
Who is due, who has gone quiet, and how the team is doing.
The costliest buyer quietly starts buying elsewhere. The radar reads each buyer's history and works out when the next order is due. A buyer who orders every five weeks and is now in week seven sits near the top.
- Health lists. Gone quiet, due to reorder, and one-time buyers.
- Funnel, forecast and targets. Where enquiries drop out, what open deals are likely worth, and targets per person.
- Owner dashboard. The same figures, any time.
- Festival greetings. Only to buyers who opted in.
The field team
Attendance, visits and targets, from the phone.
- Attendance inside a radius. Staff punch in and out on the phone, within a distance you set per site. A check-in outside it is saved and flagged for a manager, not refused.
- No location, still a punch. With location off, the punch is saved and marked "no location". Nobody loses a day to a phone setting.
- Visits on record. Checked in with their location, even with no signal.
- Targets per person. Visits, quotes and orders count against each target, and incentives follow.
At the Monday review: who was where, which punches were flagged, and who is behind target.
What it does not do
The limits, briefly.
- It does not collect payments online. Quotes and invoices carry a UPI QR, and money goes straight to your bank.
- It does not send WhatsApp reminders by itself. A person taps send.
- It never sends AI-written messages without a person.
- It never creates ledgers or deletes anything in Tally. Entries move by file or the optional Tally connector.
Questions
What sales heads ask first.
Can two channel partners claim the same enquiry?
No. A registered enquiry is protected for a set time, 60 days at the foil trader. No one else can take it in that time.
Bring your last ten quotations.
Mark the ones that lost margin, and the ones sent to a buyer already over their limit. We will show where each would have stopped.
