Automation

The system does the remembering.

Rules that act when something happens. 13 jobs on a timer. Agents that put the next step in front of a person. Follow-ups stop depending on memory.

What it does

Three kinds of automation, each with a limit.

  • Rules engine

When a lead arrives, a stage changes or a task moves: assign it, tell someone, update a status, add a task or send an email template.

  • Rules in plain English

Describe a rule in a sentence and the AI drafts it. A person checks it before switching it on.

  • Push with quiet hours

Alerts reach the phone app, but wait during quiet hours.

Rules that fire the moment something happens

Synthetic example: a lead for film arrives. It goes to the film team in turn, a call is set for today, and the film brochure email goes out.

A day on the schedule

The 13 jobs, over a day and a week.

  1. Every few minutes

Every 1 to 15 minutes: the IndiaMART check and the untouched-lead alert (60 minutes by default, 30 at the foil trader).

  2. 06:30, the nightly pass

Dead stock, expiry and reorder checks, ready before anyone logs in.

  3. 09:30, the morning call list

Each salesperson's calls, with the reorder and gone-quiet lists. At the foil trader it opens as "My day".

  4. Hourly

The rest run once an hour.

  5. Monday, the weekly owner report

    Ready without anyone making it.

Agents raise it; a person acts on it

About twenty rule-based agents make suggestions. A person accepts or dismisses each one. No agent sends a message, sets a price or changes a record. The AI page explains how agents and AI differ.

What it does not do

  • No automatic WhatsApp reminders. A person taps send. Email reminders go automatically, only to parties you choose.
  • No automatic filing. GST and e-way bill data come out as files for you or your CA to upload; the IRN from the IRP is recorded on the invoice.

Questions

How many scheduled jobs are there?

Thirteen: every 1 to 15 minutes, hourly, at 06:30, at 09:30, and on Monday.

Will the agents message customers?

No. Agents only suggest. A person decides to send, price or change anything.

Will notifications wake people up at night?

No. Alerts wait until quiet hours end.

Bring the follow-ups that slipped last month.

Which were missed, and who was meant to make them? We will show which become rules, which become timed jobs, and which still need a person.
