WhatsApp and leads

No enquiry goes without an owner.

IndiaMART, JustDial, a card from an exhibition: every enquiry lands in one list with a named salesperson. Reply on WhatsApp or email from the same record. If nobody acts in time, the owner hears.

15minute IndiaMART re-check for missed leads
60 / 30minutes before the owner is alerted: default, and at the foil trader
24hour WhatsApp reply window, tracked per chat

What it does

One record per enquiry.

  • Lead capture

IndiaMART, JustDial, Dial4Trade, Meta lead ads, Google Forms, an exhibition QR page and business-card scans, on your own accounts.

  • Calls logged against the party

Exotel, Knowlarity or Twilio calls, saved on the enquiry or customer.

  • Assignment and a lead score

A rule-based score. At the foil trader, leads go to salespeople in turn, and the score shows why.

The pipeline: each enquiry moves through stages set for the trade, a sample stage among them.

One enquiry, from arrival to owner

Four steps.

  1. The enquiry arrives

Straight from IndiaMART, with a check every 15 minutes for any missed.

  2. It is checked and scored

Matched against existing enquiries and customers, so nothing is entered twice.

  3. It gets an owner

A salesperson is assigned. At the foil trader, one tap saves the contact.

  4. If it sits untouched, the owner is told

After 60 minutes by default; 30 at the foil trader.

WhatsApp, the way Indian businesses already use it

A shared inbox, plus personal numbers.

The business number runs on WhatsApp's official business service (Meta's Cloud API). Whoever covers for a colleague sees the whole chat.

Salespeople can add their own numbers too. Anyone who replies STOP gets no more messages. Email reminders go automatically, only to parties you choose.

Outreach and email that reach the inbox

Campaigns and a mailbox that files itself.

  • Bulk campaigns. A slow start for a new sender, delivery figures, and a do-not-send list.
  • AI-drafted versions. See how the AI works.
  • Email in your own name. Sent as the salesperson, with shared mail filed on the right enquiry.

What it does not do

  • No automatic WhatsApp reminders. A person sends them.
  • No AI message goes out by itself.
  • No marketplace account of its own. Marketplaces connect with your keys.
  • No payment collection. Invoices carry a UPI QR; money goes to your bank.

Questions

Do we lose IndiaMART enquiries if the push fails?

No. A check every 15 minutes collects anything the push missed. Both use your own IndiaMART keys.

Can my salespeople keep using their own WhatsApp numbers?

Yes, through a self-hosted gateway, next to the shared business inbox. Their chats are filed on the right enquiry.

Can enquiries be captured without a signal?

Yes. The phone app saves it offline and files it when the signal returns.

Bring a week of enquiries, from every source.
